Return Policy
This sample policy describes the intended customer-friendly approach. Final terms will be confirmed before transactions are enabled.
1. Returns
Standard pieces are intended to be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery when unworn, undamaged and returned with original presentation materials.
2. Made-to-order pieces
Personalised, resized or made-to-order work may not be returnable unless faulty. Any exception will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
3. Faults and exchanges
If a piece arrives damaged, contact clientcare@auricn.com promptly with your order details and photographs so the team can help.
4. Phase 1 notice
Checkout, payment, order processing and live returns are not active in this frontend release.
